RESERVATION
How to check availability? Our availability is displayed in real-time on our website, but feel free to contact us directly. We are always available by phone or email.
When is the establishment open? Our establishment is closed from November 1st to mid-March.
What if I want to add additional services? It is possible; you can contact us directly for that.
Is it possible to pay in multiple installments without fees? For stays of at least one week, you can pay in 3 installments without fees. When booking on our website, you have the option to split your payment into 3 secure installments: 1 - 30% deposit at the time of booking. 2 - 50% of the remaining balance 60 days before arrival. 3 - The balance 30 days before arrival.
Are there any administrative fees? No, administrative fees are free for all stays, except if you request the reservation contract to be sent by post.
How does the cancellation insurance work? We offer optional Cancellation Insurance with or without justification, allowing you to cancel your stay whenever you want. You will be reimbursed 100% (excluding the insurance cost) if you provide justification, and 70% of the paid amount if you do not provide justification (excluding the insurance cost).
Do you accept ANCV holiday vouchers? Yes, we accept paper ANCV holiday vouchers, but if possible, we ask you to prefer ANCV CONNECT because:

Can holiday vouchers be used to pay for the reservation and activities? Only accommodation services can be paid with ANCV holiday vouchers.
Do you accept VACAF vouchers? No, we do not accept VACAF.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors? No, unaccompanied minors are not allowed, even with parental authorization.
Are pets allowed? Only dogs (maximum 2) over 1 year old are allowed (except category 1 and 2) in all accommodations except Premium. Please contact us before booking to know the specific conditions. The cleaning fee does not include dirt from the dog(s). Cats are not allowed.
What do the prices include? Our prices include the cleaning fee (excluding kitchen, outdoor furniture, and dirt from the dog if applicable), access to the pool, water, electricity, and gas consumption, necessary equipment for the number of people in the accommodation (excluding extra persons), 1 vehicle per pitch, and access to free activities and entertainment.
What are the arrival times? Arrivals are between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM. In case of late arrival, please inform us.
Are there any shops nearby? Yes, a grocery store in Montans is less than 1 km away. All shops and supermarkets in Gaillac: Leclerc (5 min by car), Aldi, Lidl, Intermarché; Carrefour Contact and Grand Frais, which are open on Sunday mornings. You will also find daily markets in nearby towns.
EQUIPMENT
How are the accommodations equipped? All our accommodations include: air conditioning, TV, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, charcoal barbecue, large covered terrace with table and chairs.
What are the differences between accommodation types?

Chalets Confort and Bungalows Cosy: basic equipment.

Chalets Confort Plus: basic equipment + dishwasher, hairdryer, 2 sun loungers.

Chalets, Cottages, and Premium Lodges: "Confort Plus" equipment + Senseo coffee maker, toaster, cotton sheets, and a bath towel per person.
Is there a welcome kit? Yes, you will find a kit with a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, a small bottle of dishwashing liquid, and, if applicable, a dishwasher tablet. You will also find a tea towel and a bath mat.
Is the cleaning fee included in the price? Yes, except for the kitchen (optional), outdoor furniture, and dirt from dogs.
Can a tent be added next to an accommodation? Yes, for example, in the case of a large family, you can set up a small tent for an additional fee calculated based on the number of people.
Is Wi-Fi free? Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the park.
AQUATIC AREA
Is the pool heated? Yes, the pool is heated to a minimum of 25°C, depending on weather conditions.
Are swimming caps and swimming trunks compulsory at the pool?
Access to the pool is reserved for people wearing swimming trunks, boxer shorts, one or two-piece swimming costumes and UV protection T-shirts intended solely for use in the pool, to the exclusion of all other clothing. Beach shorts are not permitted.
Swimming caps are not compulsory, but long hair must be tied back.
Do you have a SPA? A fitness area?
Yes, there is a SPA for 4 people in the aquatic area, open in July and August (fee payable) and a fitness area with 5 machines outside.
